pretty good

while its not groundbreaking in any sense, it is a really fun and easy listen!! jessica’s offbeat tone and interjections are what really make this podcast unique :)

I love this podcast. Jessica is very knowledgeable about the crimes and the countries the crimes are committed in. I especially appreciated the episode focusing on Jun Lin, and not his murderer. Most of the crimes covered I have never heard of. For being a crime podcast, her voice is very soothing, and I appreciate her commentary. My only issue with this podcast is that rape isn’t always called out as rape, instead labeled as sex. That aside, this has been my go to podcast to escape my worries. Highly recommend

Jessica, thank you for the work you do!!! You bring a light to cases probably most people in the United States have heard! I also love, love, love your presentation of the cases--I appreciate that you inject your own thoughts, opinions, and even outrage at times.its incredibly refreshing and I love your urban legends tales! Just keeps getting better and better!

I always get aexcited when I realize a new episode is up. I follow on Twitter. I love how down to earth Jessica is. She is finding her footing along the way and doing an amazing and interesting podcast along the way. I always enjoy new storires and she doesn't disappoint. I honestly think all of her storires and culture histories are unique, not things I have heard anywhere else.

Amazing

When I start a podcast I need to start from the beginning and honestly in the first episodes I thought you sounded a little boring and wouldn’t like the podcast😅but I just wanted to still listen and you really improve in each episode and you really sound so interesting in each episode😊almost near the recent episodes 😁Keep up the good work!

Keep going Jessica!

Well researched and delivered. Jessica’s interjections of options is tasteful and needed. It brings such a grounded and sympathetic feel to a podcast based on such chaos and madness! I cannot get enough. Her podcast episodes range in length making it the perfect podcast to sneak in to get your true crime fix anytime!

Great podcast

I’m not one to write reviews, but this podcast is phenomenal! Jessica is an amazing storyteller, and all the ones she chooses are extremely interesting and creepy! I would recommend this to anyone who likes the darker side of things!

Wish I found this sooner

I’m a true crime super fan and this is my new favorite. Refreshing mix of crimes, legends, supernatural stories told by a very pleasant, knowledgeable host. If you like this genre of podcasts and don’t know much about Asia I highly recommend you listen and subscribe.

Excellent crime stories from Asia

As a true crime podcast addict, this is an excellent part of the genre. Host is really good, providing lots of insight into the country where the crimes take place. Her narration is clear and concise. Also, her new intro music, courtesy of The Captain, is really good. Keep up the good work, Jessica!

SO GLAD JESSICA IS BACK! Have a listen - a terrific true crime addition

Host has a most distinctive tone and sensibility - I love her dry humour. She has a much needed diverse perspective. I also appreciate the cases she covers - well researched, all are new to me.

Very interesting!

I’m not really sure how I found this podcast, but I am very glad I did. Jessica is so cool to listen to. I love the geographical and demographic facts, and the crime cases are unique. I feel like I’m sitting down with a good friend as she tells me about her day, with just the right combination of smarts, humor, and a touch of snark for evil culprits and bumbling law enforcement.
