Awesome in depth podcast for true crime lovers

I have tried a lot of true crime podcasts out there that focus on one case per episode and this one is my favorite by far. The host has a great voice and the episodes are very well written. The research is very well done and I’m always impressed with how many crazy cases he finds that I’ve never heard of. I like that they don’t shy away from dark, horrifying cases, but never do so at expense of the victims (unlike some other popular podcasts). Disregard the recent 1 star reviews, they are bots. Give this podcast a listen and you won’t be disappointed.

Great Podcast!

Don’t let the 1 stars fool you...this is an orchestrated attempt to bring down a fellow podcaster by a truly sad individual in the podcast community. Justin & the team puts so much care, empathy and research into the show. The storytelling shows that Obscura isn’t about the money but the love of true crime itself. Sad to think that another podcasters jealousy has resorted to going this low to attempt to destroy someone else’s hard work.

Truly one of the best out there!

I listen to a TON of true crime podcasts and this has quickly become one of my faves! Plus Justin has a deep melodious voice that really draws you in. Can not recommend enough!

This is only one of two episodes I support on patreon. After listening to a lot of back episodes over a couple weeks, I decided to give black label a try. The podcasts are well researched, and doesn’t veer away from facts just because they are horrible. He understands that we can’t hide the darkness, even if it upsets us. The victims deserve better.

Excellent Podcast

Excellent podcast! The creator speaks with empathy and is always very respectful of the victims and their stories. It’s refreshing to see a podcast that isn’t just doing it for the money or shock value. There are a lot of males in the podcast true crime world that aren’t empathetic and routinely degrade women. This guy isn’t one of them. One episode and you’ll be hooked!

IGNORE THE 1 STAR REVIEWS, THEY’RE BOTS!!

This podcast is great. Ignore the 500 1-star reviews that have popped up in droves over the last week, they are spearheaded by manbaby and sad bully Mike Boudet of Sword and Scale (google him) and are bots/people he’s paying to try to take down smaller podcasts. It’s sad how people with a larger audience try to take down podcasts on the rise. You’d be making a mistake to NOT listen to Justin and Obscura!
